All watches come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty (from date of purchase) against defects. Please read warranty information below.
At Sea King Watch Co., We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we offer a 5-day examination period with every purchase.
Upon receipt, inspect your watch carefully. Try it on as you would in a retail store; that is, without removing any of the protective film from the case, case back, bracelet, clasp, etc. and without making sizing adjustments to the bracelet or swapping straps (which could result in scratches to the case or bracelet). Please Note: If ANY of the protective film is removed from the watch your return will NOT be accepted !!!!!
If, within five days of receipt, you change your mind about your purchase or decide you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return for a full refund, minus the original shipping charges and a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total purchase price.
To qualify for a full refund, you must contact us within five days of receiving your order and items must be returned undamaged, with ALL protective film intact, in its original packaging with any documentation and accessories that were included with the purchase.
Refunds will be issued after our receipt and inspection of the returned items. If an item is returned damaged or with signs of wear that would prevent it from being sold as new it will NOT be accepted !!!!!
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, and Sea King Watch Co. will NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Your SEA KING Diver watch is warranted by SEA KING Watch Co. for a period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship existing at time of purchase. This Warranty does NOT cover:
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, tampering with or opening watch.
Scratches, chipping or other damage to crystal, case, bracelet, etc.
Water infiltation due to failure to completely screw down crown.
Cosmetic imperfections.
Unauthorized work.
